Our rustic, dutch style waffles are made with Club Wheat Pastry Flour, from Camas Country Mill. It takes 24 hours for our yeasted and barley malted batter to develop its exquisite flavor. Thin and crispy, these healthy waffles are the perfect vessel for our locally sourced and house-made fillings. All sandwiches are made round , 7 inch folded waffles.
